To make the maintenance of direct room air humidification using high-pressure humidifiers as simple and convenient as possible, water treatment systems are available in replaceable small containers. As part of a full-service rental, customers of these Condair systems receive fully serviced and disinfected replacement containers every six months. All costs for hygiene checks, disinfection, spare parts or faults are included in this full-service package. In addition, technical innovations and updates are automatically installed, ensuring that these air humidification systems always keep pace with developments and never become obsolete.
The highest standards of safety and hygiene
The full-service rental scheme ensures that all modules required for water treatment in the humidification process are automatically replaced every six months and returned to Condair for professional maintenance. This means users do not have to manage hygiene measures themselves and can be confident that, for example, bacterial limits are adhered to at all times. Compliance with all relevant health and safety and hygiene regulations is ensured and documented through the regular replacement and professional maintenance of the small containers. National and international certificates from independent testing bodies confirm the high hygiene standards of these systems and the comprehensive maintenance concepts.
Full service included in the rental package
Every six months, every water treatment and high-pressure pulsation system is replaced: each unit is completely dismantled at Condair. All individual parts are inspected and cleaned. Wear parts are replaced. Special flushing procedures clean and disinfect the systems. On specialised test benches, specially trained technicians calibrate the systems precisely to the individual performance profile. In the laboratory, water samples are tested for total bacterial count. Once all work is complete, the maintenance is documented and the units are packed securely for transport and dispatched to the customers. In just a few simple steps, the used system is swapped for a fully serviced container. Quick-connect couplings reconnect the containers to the pipework system quickly and easily.

The used system is sent back to Condair for comprehensive servicing.
Shipping to the customer
After completion of the full-service maintenance, the systems are packaged securely for transport and shipped to the customer for exchange.
