ML System
High-pressure in-room humidificationThe ML humidification system meets high standards of reliability, performance and operational safety. Designed for efficient and consistent humidification, the system combines robust construction with low maintenance requirements and proven hygienic performance. Advanced nozzle technology ensures uniform humidification and high energy efficiency, making the ML system a dependable solution for a wide range of applications where stable indoor humidity is essential.
Solenoid valve
Controls the water flow to the direct room humidifiers, regulated by local sensors in the zones and rooms to be humidified.
Sensors
Local sensors that measure and regulate stable relative humidity in individual zones (e.g. rooms and work areas).
Water treatment
Water inlet with pre-treatment (filter stages and softening) to protect against limescale deposits, organic contaminants, dirt and sand particles.
MLP RO
Reverse osmosis and high-pressure pump are combined in a single space-saving installation. The modules are assembled in various sizes depending on the humidification capacity.

Humidifier range
ML high-pressure humidifiers offer flexible solutions for a wide variety of room situations – from small offices and commercial buildings to large production halls. Thanks to several performance variants, the devices can be optimally adapted to individual requirements and room sizes and combined with each other.
ML Princess spray head
The ML Princess has a unique and patented design ensuring the right amount of ultrafine water particles being evaporated into the air using high pressure technology. The design ensures no dripping from the high pressure nozzles and the fan inside ensures the right speed and flow. The ML Princess is ideal to use in larger production facilities with high ceilings.
ML Solo spray head
The ML Solo spray head ensure silent and even humidification in smaller areas such as office spacing, public areas or commercial facilities.
ML Flex sprayhead
The ML Flex allows ultra fine water particles to be evaporated into the air using high pressure technology. The string line design of the Flex ensures full scaleability and customization. The ML Flex is applicable for both direct room or induct humidification. The stainless steel pipes and nozzles ensure top hygiene and long product lifetime.
Water and high-pressure
The water treatment systems suitable for ML System high pressure humidification, operates with RO-water (reverse osmosis technology) and ensures ultra-pure water for safe use in all environments.
Condair MLP RO
The MLP RO combines the reverse osmosis required for high-pressure air humidification and the high-pressure pump in a single installation. Depending on the required humidification capacity, the modules are assembled in various sizes and tailored to customer specifications.
Condair Soft
The Condair Soft water softening system for continuous production of soft water. Two exchange tanks alternate to ensure an uninterrupted supply of soft water. The central control valve mounted on one of the exchange tanks controls soft water production, regeneration cycles and switching between the resin tanks.
Indoor evaporative cooling
Adiabatic evaporative cooling lowers the room temperature, saves energy and improves the indoor climate.
Service and maintenance
Regular service ensures safe, efficient operation of humidification and dehumidification systems while protecting long-term performance.
