Benefits of the check-up
Humidifiers are often used in challenging conditions: dust, organic contaminants and other specific stresses can significantly impair performance and operational reliability. For this reason, customers of DRAABE Systems can, in addition to the six-monthly replacement of the water treatment system and high-pressure pump, also exchange all humidifiers for replacement units in mint condition.
Everything like new again
Every two years, as part of the check-up, all humidifiers in use, as well as other heavily used equipment and components, are completely replaced with fully reconditioned systems. The as-new humidifiers operate at full capacity once again, with operational reliability and a renewed 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Always new
Exchange of used humidifiers, water softeners, hygrostats and other peripheral devices for fully reconditioned units that are as good as new in terms of both function and appearance.
Warranty extension
Extension of the full manufacturer’s warranty for all replaced devices by a further 2 years.
Protection of health
Disinfection and flushing of all pipes and hoses as a preventive measure against potential contamination.

Always as good as new: Humidifier maintenance service
During the check-up, all humidifiers are completely dismantled, thoroughly cleaned and checked to ensure all components are functioning correctly. Dust and organic contaminants can significantly impair the performance, function and hygiene of humidifiers.
Fully reconditioned units are restored to the same standard as new ones in terms of both function and appearance, and come with a 2-year extended warranty. At the end of the check-up, the spray pattern of each humidifier is carefully checked and readjusted if necessary.
As a preventive measure against bacterial growth, all pipes and hoses are thoroughly flushed and disinfected during the check-up. In addition to the humidifiers, the water softener, hygrostats and other peripheral devices are also replaced.
To make maintenance of DRAABE air humidification systems as simple and convenient as possible, all DRAABE water treatment systems are fitted with replaceable small containers. As part of the full-service maintenance package, DRAABE customers receive fully serviced and disinfected replacement containers every six months. This ensures that the air humidification system is always safe and hygienic, with no effort required on the part of the customer.
