Optimised unit layout
The Condair DP features a highly efficient refrigeration circuit using R410A refrigerant, non-toxic and non-flammable (safety group A1). Thermostatic expansion valves manage pressure equalisation. All components are from established brands and easily accessible. The unit’s design separates air flow, refrigerant, and electrical components into dedicated compartments for safe and relieable operation.
Accessories and humidity control
The Condair DP series offers an extensive collection of accessories and humidity control options. Available upgrades include EC fans, electric or hot water heating coils, differnt fan positions, duct connections, built-in humidity sensor and pool water heat recovery. Units can be controlled via the integrated sensor, external hygrostats, or other humidity controllers. Modbus RTU is available for building management system integration.

Vyra Suites Hotel, Doha
The palatial Vyra Suites Hotel in Qatar, has installed four Condair DC dehumidifiers from Condair Middle East to create the perfect blue sky atmosphere for guests enjoying its luxury indoor swimming and hydro pool areas. The dehumidifiers are creating the ideal air humidity of 60%RH to prevent moisture evaporation from the pools causing condensation in the area or an uncomfortably humid environment.The installation was carried out by Mentor Trading. Kiran Nair, Sales Engineer at Mentor Trading commented The ceiling mounted dehumidifiers are compact in size and were fixed above the pool and spa areas, in an upper floor. Air grilles, which extract humid and return dry air, are discretely located above the swimming pools, in a painted, cloudy-blue-sky ceiling scene, designed to further enhance the relaxing spa environment.
