The ML Flex allows ultra fine water particles to be evaporated into the air using high pressure technology. The string line design of the Flex ensures full scaleability and customization. The ML Flex is applicable for both direct room or induct humidification. The stainless steel pipes and nozzles ensure top hygiene and long product lifetime.

Flexible and future-proof

ML Flex is designed for simple and flexible installation. The humidification nozzles are mounted directly onto the piping system, eliminating the need for electrical connections at the point of humidification. This reduces installation complexity and simplifies system expansion.

Each stainless steel nozzle delivers up to 4.5 kg of water per hour, providing efficient and precise humidification. The modular design allows additional nozzles to be added as requirements change, making ML Flex a future-proof solution that can easily adapt to new layouts, zones or capacity demands.

Explosion-proof design for industrial environments

ML Flex is designed for use in production facilities where safety requirements are critical. The explosion-proof system design makes it suitable for industrial and manufacturing environments where ATEX compliance or elevated safety standards may be required. By eliminating electrical components at the point of humidification, ML Flex supports safe operation in areas with strict safety regulations.

For optimal performance, ML Flex is recommended for installations with ceiling heights of 7.3 metres or higher. This makes the system particularly well suited for heavy industry, large-scale production areas and manufacturing facilities where reliable humidification must be combined with robust safety design.
